If a service becomes unavailable or cannot be completed as described, contact support. We will review the order and any applicable account balance credit under the Refund Policy.

Accounts and platform actions

Social media platforms control their own accounts and content. We cannot guarantee that a platform will not remove content, change counts, restrict an account, or suspend an account.

Refund Policy

Deposits add funds to your SMM Promotion account balance for orders. Once funds have been credited, deposits are generally not returned to the original payment method, except where required by applicable rules or where we determine that a payment was made in error.

If you paid but your balance has not been added, submit a support ticket with a successful payment screenshot. We will review the payment before crediting your account.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing begins. If we cannot deliver an order or a portion of it, we will review the case and credit the applicable undelivered amount to your SMM Promotion account balance.

Orders with incorrect links, private or inaccessible accounts, or details that do not match the service requirements may not qualify for an order credit. Please check the service description and all order details before submitting.

Using more than one provider for the same page or post at the same time may prevent us from verifying delivery or refill eligibility. Contact support before placing overlapping orders.

If you believe a payment or order was handled incorrectly, create a support ticket or email contact@smm-promotion.com so we can investigate. We may restrict accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized payments.
